Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider sub-division of equity shares.
