Shree Ganesh Jewellery House IPO receives subscription of 1.07 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Shree Ganesh Jewellery House Limited has received subscription of 1.07 times till 5:00 PM on March 22, 2010.

The company has come out with IPO of 1,42,69,831 Equity Shares (Including anchor portion of 24,99,975 equity shares) of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.260 to Rs. 270 through 100% book building process.

The IPO has received total bids for 12607525 equity shares against the offer of 11769856 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 2051025 equity shares at cut-off price.

The IPO closes for subscription on March 23, 2010.
