Kiri Dyes & Chemicals Completes DyStar acquisition

Kiri Dyes and Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Company through its SPV Kiri Holding Singapore Pvt. Ltd. has acquired Worlds Leading multinational DyStar Group, Germany.

The stock was trading at Rs.727, up by Rs.16.45 or 2.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.731.50 and low of Rs.701.10.

The total traded quantity was 11755 compared to 2 week average of 28264.
