Hindustan Zinc Ltd declares 25% interim dividend, announces record date

Hindustan Zinc Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on January 20, 2007 have declared interim dividend @ 25% out of the profit of the Company for the year 2006-07. The Record Date fixed by the Board for the purpose of payment of above interim dividend will be February 09, 2007.
