Esab India Fixes Book Closure for 23rd AGM

Esab India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 15, 2010 to April 22, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 22, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.595.15, up by Rs.4.35 or 0.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.601.90 and low of Rs.589.75.
