CEO of Shasun Chemicals UK subsidiary to quit

Shasun Chemicals & Drugs Ltd has announced that Shasun Pharma Solutions Ltd (SPSL) UK as wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on January 19, 2007 has announced that Mr. Nick Green, CEO & MD of SPSL, would be leaving the Company effective January 18, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. N Govindarajan, CEO & MD of the Company will assume additional responsibility as CEO and MD of SPSL.
