Swasti Vinayaka Finvest Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2007, inter alia, to discuss and decide following:

1. To consider and adopt the Audited Financial results for the year ending December 31, 2006; and

2. To recommend payment of Dividend on equity shares to the members of the Company.
