Syncom Healthcare IPO receives subscription of 5.17 times

The Initial Public Offering of Syncom Healthcare Ltd has received subscription of 5.17 times. The IPO opened for subscription on January 27, 2010 and closed for subscription on January 29, 2010.

The company came out with IPO of 75,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs. 65 to Rs. 75 through 100% book building process.

The IPO received total bids for 38790720 equity shares against the offer of 7500000 equity shares. The issue received bids for 14538330 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription of 0.9897 times with bids for 3711330 equity shares against the offer of 3750000 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 18678240 equity shares against the offer of 1125000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 16.6029 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 6.2481 times with bids for 16401150 equity shares against the offer of 2625000 equity shares.
