Restriction / upper limit imposed on subscription in Reliance Equity Fund and Reliance Growth Fund withdrawn

The trustee of Reliance Mutual Fund has decided to withdraw with effect from August 18, 2006 the restriction / upper limit imposed on subscription in Reliance Equity Fund and Reliance Growth Fund, vide Notices published on April 12, 2006 and August 02, 2006 respectively.

Accordingly, fresh / additional subscriptions including subscriptions through systematic investment plan for any amount shall be allowed / accepted with effect from August 18, 2006 subject to the minimum initial subscription amount and minimum additional subscription amount, as specified in the offer documents of the respective schemes.
