National Stock Exchange receives Energy Conservation Award

Tata Power Company (TPC) has constituted an award for efforts in Energy Conservation by its clients in Mumbai. TPC has evaluated the companies on the basis of technologies adopted/deployed and the energy saved on account of the same.

NSEIL has bagged the "First Prize" in the H T Commercial segment for 2009 for the following innovative measures taken for Energy Conservation at its aforesaid office premises namely:

- Thermal Energy Storage System in Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems.
- Energy Efficient Lighting System
- Building Management System
- The awareness in the organization for sustaining the initiatives.
