ACC allots 3050 Shares

ACC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated December 04, 2009 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board 3,050 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,17,617 shares to 18,77,20,667 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.

The stock closed the day at Rs.802.60, down by Rs.9.25 or 1.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.817.80 and low of Rs.798.

The total traded quantity was 46001 compared to 2 week average of 120693.
