HEG warrants expire

HEG Ltd has announced that the option to exercise conversion of 47,30,000 Preferential Warrants into equal number of equity shares expired on December 04, 2009. The Company did not receive any request for conversion of any of these warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.318.70, up by Rs.1.75 or 0.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.327 and low of Rs.316.70.

The total traded quantity was 26574 compared to 2 week average of 66242.
