Hyderabad - November 25, 2009: eYantra Industries Limited, India's leader in brand merchandizing and corporate gifting solutions has stepped in to B2C business with launch of its first direct consumer initiative - Foostor (www.foostor.com). The service has opened in beta mode.
Foostor is currently available with products in electronics, home appliances, mobiles, digital cameras and shall soon expand to more product categories. The company has chosen a limited marketplace model to begin its operations and will be based out of Hyderabad.

On web, Foostor's focus is on creating a simple web product, together back it up with an friendly customer service and build transparency & trust with users to an extent of accepting mistakes when they happen. Similar would be our effort to strengthen relationships with all partners we work with.", said Pravin Jadhav who joined the company recently to head its B2C business initiatives.

eYantra recently closed a $3.1 million Series A funding from global venture capitalists to boost its expansion plans. A member of International Gift Council (IGC), eYantra has offices in major cities in India and a sales office in US. The company has a team-strength of around 250 employees and clocked a turnover of around Rs 35 Crores for FY 2009.
