Thinksoft Global Services IPO subscribed 62%

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Thinksoft Global Services Ltd which opened for subscription on September 22, 2009 has received subscription of 0.62 times with bids for 2259200 equity shares against the offer of 3646000 equity shares. The issue has received subscription for 1573900 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received no subscription against the offer of 1823000 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 600750 equity shares against the offer of 546900 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 1.0985 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 1.2954 times with bids for 1653000 equity shares against the offer of 1276100 equity shares.
