Thinksoft Global Services IPO receives subscription of 0.03 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Thinksoft Global Services Ltd which opened for subscription on September 22, 2009 has received subscription of 0.03 times with bids for 124450 equity shares against the offer of 3646000 equity shares. The issue has received subscription for 110600 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received no subscription against the offer of 1823000 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion fo the issue has received bids for 2000 equity shares against the offer of 546900 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.0037 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.0960 times with bids for 122450 equity shares against the offer of 1276100 equity shares.

The IPO closes for subscription on September 24, 2009.
