The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Pipavav Shipyard Ltd which opened for subscription on September 16, 2009 has received subscription of 2.67 times. The IPO has received bids for 187151360 equity shares against the offer of 70177275 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 18974560 equity shares at cut-off price.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 2.8264 times with bids for 100726120 equity shares against the offer of 35637185 equity shares.
The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 63931670 equity shares against the offer of 8485022 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 7.5346 times.
The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.8828 times with bids for 22472450 equity shares against the offer of 25455068 equity shares.
The Employee Reservation portion has received bids for 21120 equity shares against the offer of 600000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.0352 times.
