Gujarat Sidhee to make final call for partly paid shares

Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 04, 2007, inter alia, to make final call of Rs 2 per share, on 1,50,00,000 partly paid equity shares (Rs 8/- per share paid-up).
