Oil India IPO garners subscription of 1.44 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Oil India Limited has garnered subscription of 1.44 times till 5:00 PM on Tuesday - September 8, 2009. The IPO opened for subscription on Monday (7/9/2009) and closes on Thursday - September 10, 2009.

The IPO has received subscription of 1.44 times with bids for 38033640 equity shares against the total offer of 26449982 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 863160 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 2.5549 times with bids for 36860184 equity shares against the offer of 144272633 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 21420 equity shares against the offer of 2404544 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.0089 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion has received subscription of 0.1373 times with bids for 990624 equity shares against the offer of 7213631 equity shares.

The Employee Reservation has received bids for 161412 equity shares against the offer of 2404544 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.0671 times.
