Take Solutions Ltd files DRHP with SEBI

Chennai based Take Solutions Ltd has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for its IPO. The company is coming out with a public issue of 3,000,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price to be decided through 100% book building process.

The issue comprises of a net issue to the public of upto 2,900,000 equity shares and the reservation of upto 100,000 equity shares for subscription by eligible employees at the issue price.

The net issue constitutes 24.17% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.

Edelweiss Capital Ltd is the book running lead manager to the issue. Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd is the registrar to the issue.
