Vybra Automet Board approves issue of 7,00,000 shares to warrant holders

Vybra Automet Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 16, 2006, has considered and approved the issue of 7,00,000 Equity Shares to holders of convertible warrants, as per the terms of issue.
