The Initial Public Offering of Excel Infoways Limited IPO has received subscription of 1.97 times. The IPO has received bids for 11142320 equity shares against the offer of 5667000 equity shares. The IPO received subscription of 4806640 equity shares at cut-off price.

The IPO opened for subscription on July 14, 2009 and closed on July 17, 2009.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription of 0.4896 times with bids for 1387200 equity shares against the offer of 2833500 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 4511360 equity shares against the offer of 850050 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 5.3072 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 2.6438 times with bids for 5243760 equity shares against the offer of 1983450 equity shares.
