A new project for the modernization of the Employment Exchanges is to be launched in Public Private Partnership. Announcing this while presenting the Union Budget in Parliament today, the Union Finance Minister Shri Pranab Mukherjee said that this would enable a job seeker to register on-line from anywhere and approach any Employment Exchange.
Shri Mukherjee said that under the project a national web portal with common software will be developed.
