Sugal & Damani Share Brokers Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2009 to July 25, 2009 for the purpose of 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 25, 2009.
