EDSERV SOFTSYSTEMS IPO Closes today

The Initial Public Offering of EDSERV SOFTSYSTEMS LIMITED closes today - February 9, 2009 (Monday) for subscription. The IPO opened for subscription on February 05, 2009.

The company has come out with an IPO of 39,73,908 EQUITY SHARES of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs. 55 To Rs. 60 through 100% book-building process.
