New Garib Rath Train introduced between New Delhi-Ranchi

For the convenience of rail passengers, Ministry of Railways has introduced a new Garib Rath Express (Bi-Weekly) between Ranchi-New Delhi.

2878 New Delhi-Ranchi Garib Rath Express:

Commencing regular services from 31.01.2009, the 2878 New Delhi-Ranchi Garib Rath Express will depart from New Delhi on every Wednesday and Saturday at 04.10 p.m. to reach Ranchi at 10.25 a.m. the next day.

2877 Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Express:

In the return direction, commencing regular services from 02.02.2009, the 2877 Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Express will depart from Ranchi on every Monday and Friday at 05.10 p.m. to reach New Delhi at 11.00 a.m. the next day.

Comprising of 16 AC coaches, the 2877/2878 New Delhi-Ranchi-New Delhi Garib Rath Express will stop at Daltanganj, Garwa Road, Japla, Mughalsarai, Allahabad and Kanpur stations enroute in both directions.
