Nectar Lifesciences fixes record date for stock-split

Nectar Lifesciences Limited has announced that the authority granted by the Members of the Company in their Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on today i.e. October 31, 2008, have fixed the November 20, 2008 as the record date for the purpose of ascertained the eligibility of shareholders for sub division of every share of Rs.10/- each into 10 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

The Stock closed on Friday at Rs.150.05, down by Rs.9.60 or 6.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.170.25 and low of Rs.131.

The total traded quantity was 27476 at an average price of Rs.147.26 resulting in a turnover of Rs.40.46 Lakhs.
