ABB shares delisted from DSE

ABB Ltd has announced that pursuance of the authority granted by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on May 26, 2006. the Company had filed an application with The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd (DSE), seeking voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from the said exchange.

The Company received the letter dated October 19, 2006 from The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd, confirming that the equity shares of the Company have been de-listed from the list of their exchange w.e.f. September 21, 2006.
