Flawless Diamond to launch more segments of AUM Jewellery

Flawless Diamond India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006 has transacted the following:

The Board of Directors informed the Company's share holders that responses of recently launched Jewellery brand AUM JEWELLERY by the company is very encouraging. AUM JEWELLERY is exclusive Designer along with different brands like AUM CLASSIC, AUM SIGNATURE etc. Now the company has decided to launch more segment of the brand AUM JEWELLERY in the near future.

Further the company is having its own Designer Studio to design more exclusive Designer Jewellery for all segment of AUM JEWELLERY. The company has decided to have its own R&D Division more powerful and to further have two more Designer Studio as early possible. This studio will have all the modern equipments and many more Designer Jewellery under the brand of AUM JEWELLERY COLLECTION. This division of the company will give sufficient strength for the brand AUM JEWELLERY for the local and overseas market and the Company is confident that with this brand of AUM JEWELLERY will keep the Company ahead in the competitive Branded Jewellery market.

Further company has decided to appointed Mr Gautam Banerjee India’s renowned Jewellery Designer to design the entire collection of AUM JEWELLERY and also company’s Jewellery manufacturing will be carried out under his supervision. Mr Gautam Banerjee is having 21 years experience in Jewellery Design and manufacturing. He has also worked with world renowned company Tiffany (USA), M/s Namdar & Company (USA), M/s H Ritani (USA), Mr Banerjee is also associated with M/s Sumona Jewellery Pvt Ltd as a Director.

Further the Company’s Board of Directors has decided to meet again on November 09, 2006 to discuss about its marketing strategies in local and overseas market and its manufacturing facility for its most important brand for retailing of its brand AUM JEWELLERY.
