Varun Shipping Co. Ltd declares 15% interim dividend

Varun Shipping Co. Ltd. has announced that at the Board Meeting of the company held on October 30,2006, the Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 15 percent (Rs.1.50 per share) on the equity share capital of the company for the financial year ending on March 31,2007.
