Himatsingka Seide Board recommends 25% interim dividend

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, has recommended payment of 25% Interim dividend (Rs 1.25/- per share of Rs 5/- each).
