CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Axiro Semiconductor Private Limited, has executed a definitive Securities Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% shareholding in Tosil Systems Private Limited for a total cash consideration of ₹16.44 crore.

The transaction involves purchasing 5,00,000 equity shares of Tosil Systems from its individual shareholders. The transaction is expected to close on or before August 31, 2026, subject to customary conditions precedent.

It offers silicon design, verification, physical implementation, embedded software, Linux BSP development, and Edge AI engineering services to global semiconductor and electronics OEMs.
