Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27 vs Q1 FY26)
Revenue: ₹102.37 lakhs, up 35.44% YoY compared to ₹75.58 lakhs in the corresponding period last year.
EBITDA: ₹17.47 lakhs, registering a growth of 74.52% YoY from ₹10.01 lakhs.
Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹9.50 lakhs, rising 63.51% YoY against ₹5.81 lakhs.
The company attributed this improved operational performance to its focused growth strategy and expanding adoption of Controllo, its AI-powered Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Controllo automates cybersecurity governance and regulatory compliance across major frameworks including RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, CERT-In directives, the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
Maiden Final Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share (face value of ₹10 each) for the approval of shareholders. This marks the first dividend declaration in the company's history, reflecting its focus on returning value to investors as profitability strengthens. The record date will be disclosed in due course.
International Expansion into the Middle East
As part of its international growth strategy, Accedere Limited has invested in Accedere Tech Private Limited, Dubai, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The Dubai entity will serve as the company's hub to capture business opportunities, strengthen corporate relationships, and expand its footprint across the Middle East market.
