Paisalo Digital Limited, a leading NBFC focused on expanding formal credit access to MSMEs, micro-enterprises and underserved borrowers across India, today announced that its first series of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), aggregating ₹300 crore (₹150 crore base size and additional ₹150 crore under the green shoe option), has been fully subscribed. The issue, which opened on 7 August 2026 and was scheduled to close on 20 August 2026, witnessed strong investor participation and achieved full subscription ahead of schedule, accordingly, the Company has decided to exercise the option for early closure and close the issue on Monday, August 17, 2026.
The ₹300 crore issuance represents the first tranche under the Company's approved ₹900 crore NCD programme and marks a significant milestone in Paisalo's ongoing efforts to diversify and strengthen its funding profile.
The strong investor response also underscores confidence in Paisalo Digital's ability to strengthen its liability franchise and build a more diversified funding base as it continues to scale lending across MSMEs, micro-enterprises and underserved borrowers.
The issue further reinforces Paisalo Digital's funding flexibility and supports its next phase of growth as it deepens its presence across underserved segments through a wide distribution network and a disciplined operating model.
