Delton Cables reports highest ever first quarterly Revenue, EBITDA & PAT

Delton Cables Ltd. (Delton), a leading cables and wires company, and the pioneer in low voltage and telecom cables in India, has announced its results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27 ended on June 30, 2026.

Q1 FY27 key highlights

Delton Cables started the year by posting a strong revenue growth for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27. Q1 revenue at ₹ 2863.6 million grew by 83% over Q1 FY26 revenue. Diversified and customised product offerings helped sustain the growth momentum.

EBITDA for Q1 FY27 at ₹ 254.3 million registered a sharp growth of 85.63% Y-o-Y and 65.48% growth Q-o-Q. Delton's EBITDA margins improved sharply by 408 basis points over the last quarter of the previous year; and 215 basis point improvement of EBITDA margin of 6.73 posted during FY2026.

Delton's Profit after Tax for Q1 FY27 increased sharply to ₹ 75.9 million; up 146.3% Y-o-Y, and about 5 times over Q4 FY26 PAT.

Revenue from EPC segment, railways, and telecom / other segments contributed 50%, 19% and 31%, respectively during Q1 FY27. EPC segment grew by 80% and Railways segment grew by 15% during Q1 FY27 whereas telecom / others segment reported 207% growth.

The total order book as on June 30, 2026 was ₹ 418 million. Almost 90% of the order book comprises orders from the EPC segment.

Commenting on the financial performance, Mr Vivek Gupta, Managing Director, Delton Cables, said, "Q1 FY27 was marked by Delton recapturing its EBITDA margins. Most of the challenges, that we faced in last few quarters that bogged down our operating margins, have been mitigated. With new learnings, Delton has emerged stronger, and we look forward to the profitable growth for the rest of year. On the revenue front, Delton is on a firm footing with a strong order book, and very good business visibility ahead."

Shares of DELTON CABLES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 456.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 450.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3067 in over 135 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 459.00 and intraday low of 430.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1387094.00.
