Deepening Our Presence in Punjab - Strengthening the Tricity Cluster

Park Medi World Limited (NSE: PARKHOSPS; BSE: 544645): Park Medi World Limited has today announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire 'Mehar Hospital – Zirakpur’, a multi-super speciality facility, in an all-cash transaction valued at INR 107 Crores. The acquisition deepens Park Group's presence in Punjab and is expected to be commissioned under the Park brand in November 2026. This acquisition will further strengthen its roadmap for largest healthcare network in the Tricity.

The Asset

'Mehar Hospital' is a well-established multi-super speciality institution, with a capacity of 150+ beds, serving Zirakpur and the wider Tricity catchment. Its proximity to one of North India's densest and fastestgrowing urban clusters positions it as a strategically valuable addition to Park Group's network.

The transaction is consistent with the Group's growth strategy of maximising operational synergies and achieving economies of scale through the strategic deployment of assets in high-potential markets. Value creation post-acquisition will be driven by the enhancement of clinical service offerings, the introduction of Park Group's tertiary and quaternary care capabilities, optimisation of operational workflows, and a structured drive to improve bed utilisation - all of which are expected to deliver meaningful improvements to revenue and profits over medium to long term. The transaction is structured to be earnings-accretive.

Why Punjab

This acquisition further strengthens Park Group's presence in the Tricity area of Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula. Zirakpur is a fast-growing satellite town in the Mohali district of Punjab, India, serving as the main gateway to Chandigarh, and located within 10–15 kilometres from each of the three cities.

This central position within the Tricity makes 'Mehar Hospital' a natural node in Park Group's cluster-based strategy, complementing the Group's established facilities at Mohali, Panchkula, Patiala, and Bathinda. This acquisition is a deliberate densification of an established and high-performing cluster — extending catchment, deepening super-speciality depth and reinforcing the Group's leadership across the region.

A Year of Step-Change Growth

The Zirakpur acquisition adds to a transformational twelve months for Park Group. In calendar year 2026, the Group has acquired Bathinda (250 beds), which it had operated under an O&M arrangement since July 2025, and Agra (360 beds) - its largest acquisition to date; commissioned Panchkula (350 beds), its largest greenfield facility to date, and Rudrapur, Uttarakhand (330 beds), marking the Group's entry into the state of Uttarakhand; and will, over the balance of the year, commission Zirakpur (150 beds), Narela, Delhi (200 beds) and the extension at Palam Vihar, Gurugram (Park Platinum with 100 beds). Together, these will add ~1,500 beds in a twelve-month period - a 46% capacity addition over the Group's closing bed count of ~3,250 beds in December 2025.

Dr. Ankit Gupta, Managing Director, Park Medi World Limited, said: “Our continued investment in Punjab is deliberate. Tricity is one of North India's most dynamic healthcare markets, and 'Mehar Hospital' gives us a platform at its very centre — complementing our established presence at Panchkula, Mohali, Patiala and Bathinda and reinforcing our leadership across the region.

This transaction also caps an extraordinary twelve months. Between Agra, Panchkula, Rudrapur, Narela, Park Platinum and now Zirakpur, we will have added ~1,500 beds — a 46% expansion of our network during the year — while remaining disciplined on capital allocation. That combination of pace and prudence is what we intend to carry forward.”

Shares of Park Medi World Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 287.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 293.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 174298 in over 2981 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 302.80 and intraday low of 282.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 51473828.00.
