Varroc Engineering Ltd enters into cooperation arrangement with Suzhou Tolyy Optronics Co., Ltd

Varroc Engineering Limited, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, today announced the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with SUZHOU TOLYY OPTRONICS CO.,LTD (TOLYY), a global display technology specialist, establishing an strategic partnership for select programs to localize and supply nextgeneration digital cockpit solutions for global passenger and commercial vehicle platforms.

Under the agreement, TOLYY will support Varroc through a flexible supply and localization model. This includes the supply of fully integrated display modules comprising display panels, backlight units, touch interfaces, enclosures, and integrated electronic control units, as well as screen-only supply for localized final assembly in India. Varroc will leverage these capabilities to drive integration, validation, and manufacturing of advanced display solutions tailored to diverse vehicle applications.

The collaboration combines TOLYY's display engineering expertise with Varroc's global OEM relationships and manufacturing capabilities, creating a strategic platform for joint market participation across India, Europe, and North America.

The partnership will operate through a structured cooperation model, enabling:

- complete display module supply from TOLYY for specific programs
- localized final assembly and integration by Varroc in India
- exclusive industrialization of display modules in India for selected customer programs

This approach is expected to accelerate time to market, strengthen supply chain resilience, and support the increasing demand for localized high-technology automotive electronics.

Shares of Varroc Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 593.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 573.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6771 in over 253 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 595.05 and intraday low of 567.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3960639.00.
