JSW Energy Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of JSW Energy Limited has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 /- (20%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10 to the Members of the Company for declaration at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting.

The dividend recommended as above, if declared by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of JSW Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 557.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 571.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 154926 in over 6720 trades.
