The Board of directors of Sahyadri Industries Ltd has recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 1.5 per Equity share of INR 10 each for Financial Year 2025-26. This Final Dividend is subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting. Book Closure for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be determined later.
