Fire accident at Fujiyama Power Systems Ltd's manufacturing facility

A significant fire accident took place at Fujiyama Power Systems Limited's manufacturing facility situated at Bawal Industrial Area, Rewari, Haryana, in the late hours of May 06, 2026. At present, the fire has been largely brought under control, and the Company's team, along with the local fire department, is actively engaged in fully extinguishing the same while ensuring the safety of all personnel and mitigating any further damage.

There have been no reports of any loss of human life or serious injury to employees / workers due to the incident. All personnel present at the facility were evacuated safely.

The exact cause of the fire is presently under investigation and the Company is extending full cooperation to the concerned authorities. The Company is in the process of assessing the extent of damage/ loss caused by the incident and evaluating its impact on operations.

Further, the affected assets are adequately insured and the Company has already intimated the insurance authorities in this regard. Necessary steps are being taken to minimize business disruption at the earliest.
