Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.60

The board of directors of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.60/- (Rupees Three and Sixty Paise only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each of the Company (at the rate of 36%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Dividend, once approved by the Members, shall be paid within the prescribed timeline under the Companies Act, 2013.
