Laurus Labs Limited recommends 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Laurus Labs Limited at their meeting held on April 30, 2026, has transacted and approved the payment of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs.1.20/- (60%) per equity share of Rs.2/- each, for the Financial Year 2025-26.

The Company has fixed "May 08, 2026" as the "Record Date" for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders. The Dividend amount will be paid on or after May 20, 2026.
