Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.05

The board of directors of KHAITAN CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS LIMITED has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs 0.05 (i.e 5% per equity share of face value ₹1 each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid within the statutory timelines as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.
