Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited has announced the following updates for Q4 FY26:
In Q4 FY26, we estimate the overall disbursement at approximately Rs. 17,180 crore, YoY growth of ~11% over previous year and for FY26 disbursement at approximately Rs. 61,100 crore, a growth of ~6% YoY (excluding finance lease).
Business Assets at approximately Rs. 1,33,800 crore grew by ~12% over March 2025.
The Collection Efficiency ("CE") is estimated at 98% for Q4 FY26 (In Q4 FY25, CE was 97%) and for FY26, CE is estimated at 96% (In FY25, CE was at 95%).
As at March 31, 2026, Stage-3 is estimated in the range of 3.4% to 3.5% (vs. 3.8% as at December 31, 2025, and 3.7% as at March 31, 2025) and Stage-2 is estimated in the range of 4.8 % to 4.9% (vs. 5.4% as at December 31, 2025, and 5.4% as at March 31, 2025).
The Company continued to enjoy a comfortable liquidity position on its Balance Sheet, with a liquidity chest of over Rs. 9,000 crore.
