Capacity Expansion Details

Existing Capacity: 5,000 axle beam units/month at 80% utilization

New Addition: 8,000 axle beam units/month, fully operational by April 2026

Investment: Rs 25 crore, funded through public issue

Revolutionary Technology

Unlike traditional Indian heavy commercial vehicle axle beams made from four welded pieces, this plant employs an extrusion process creating seamless single-piece construction. Benefits include enhanced strength, stiffness, reliability, improved tire life, and weight reduction.
