Texfil Pvt Ltd signs MoU with American & Efird Global, LLC

Texfil Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Filatex India Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 25th February, 2026 with American & Efird Global, LLC to work together on conducting trials of high-quality textile to textile recycled polyester in thread manufacturing. Texfil Private Limited will supply textile to textile chemically recycled yarn to American & Efird for testing in several end use applications.

American & Efird is one of the largest U.S. manufacturers and among the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of premium quality industrial and consumer sewing thread, embroidery thread and technical textiles for the apparel, automotive components, home furnishings, medical supply, footwear and other diversified industries.
