Naperol Investments Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Naperol Investments Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. February 25, 2026, have considered and declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 of Rs. 3.00/- per equity share i.e. 30% of face value of Rs.10/- per equity share.

The Board of Directors have fixed Wednesday, 4th March 2026, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive the aforesaid interim dividend. The Interim Dividend is subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes and will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
