Financials (₹ Mn):

Q3: Revenue 1,338 (+18% YoY), EBITDA 74 (+16%, 5.5% margin), PAT 30 (+8%). EPS ₹0.47.

9M: Revenue 5,154 (+25% YoY), EBITDA 503 (+20%, 9.8% margin), PAT 278 (+15%). EPS ₹4.33.

Updates:

- New R&D lab for combos/pipeline.
- 3.75 MW solar plant for RE/carbon reduction.
- Pretilachlor/PEDA mfg (13/10 TPD) eyed for integration/margins.
