Leading multimodal logistics player Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL) reported strong Q3 FY26 results ended December 31, 2025, with total throughput rising 4.74% YoY to 1.91 lakh TEUs.
Rail vertical throughput grew 11% YoY to 1.03 lakh TEUs (YTD +11%), while CFS dipped 1.7% to 88,100 TEUs (YTD +2%). Total YTD throughput reached 5.76 lakh TEUs (+6.6% YoY).
Financials (₹ Cr): Q3 revenue jumped 39% to 566.2 from 407, EBITDA rose 27% to 128.2, PBT increased 12% to 72, PAT edged up 4% to 67.2. YTD revenue surged 46% to 1,691, EBITDA +28% to 375, PAT +12% to 196.
GDL declared ₹0.75/share 2nd interim dividend + ₹1.25/share special dividend celebrating net debt-free status (first since inception) and 30 years since Nhava Sheva CFS land acquisition.
