Bluegod Entertainment Ltd assigns theatrical and OTT rights of 'Roti, Kapda Aur Internet'

Bluegod Entertainment Limited has entered into an Assignment Agreement with Omega Interactive Technologies Limited, pursuant to which the Company has assigned/sold the theatrical and OTT exploitation rights of its film titled "Roti, Kapda Aur Internet" to Omega Interactive Technologies Limited for a total consideration of ₹12,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Crore Only).

Shares of Bluegod Entertainment Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4.87 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.78. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2799140 in over 547 trades.
