Ramsarup Industries Ltd commissions new Modern Blast Furnace with Linear Sinter Plant

Ramsarup Industries Limited (RIL), step-down subsidiary of Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited has commissioned its Modern Blast Furnace along with Linear Sinter Plant and started its commercial production from today on 30th December 2025.

The newly commissioned Blast Furnace has a production capacity of 0.45 Million Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA), which will significantly enhance the steel production with its increased capacity. The plant's zero process water discharge design promotes sustainability and increases process efficiency.

This development marks an important milestone in the Company's growth strategy and is expected to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities and market presence.

Shares of Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 834.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 818.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2426 in over 248 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 841.80 and intraday low of 815.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2007366.00.
